Fall Protection Equipment Inspection

This 8 hour course will be presented with both theory and practical portions designed to enhance the student’s knowledge and practical experience while teaching a Fall Protection Equipment Inspection Course. This course will provide the student with all of the necessary skills to confidently present a Fall Protection Equipment Inspection Course.

Upon successful completion of both the Train the Trainer course and a course audit, the instructor will be certified for three years.

Review of administrative material including registration forms, supplemental material and Student Exam.
Review and demonstration of Practical components associated with the course.

The standards in this program meet or exceed all requirements of the CSA, Canada Labour Code, and Occupational Health and Safety regulations for all provinces and territories (excluding Quebec). CSA Z259.17:21, CSA Z1001-18(R2022) AB Part 9, B.C Reg Part 14, Manitoba Part 23 and Sask Part 9.

Recommended Course Pre-Requisite

Completion of Red Tail Instructor Development Program
Minimum three-year experience with Fall Protection Equipment (References Required)

Current Fall Protection valid on the first day of the Train the Trainer course.
